    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Most of the workouts require little to no equipment. You will need minimal equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, a box or bench and an exercise/yoga mat. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
